Embracing Traditional Hobbies in a Modern World
One of my favorite ways to unwind is through crochet. There's something deeply satisfying about creating something with my hands, one stitch at a time. Crochet, to me, is more than a craft; it’s a connection to the past, to the generations of women who made beautiful things out of necessity and love. It’s also a wonderful creative outlet, a way to turn my ideas into something real and shareable. I aim to complete 150 projects in the coming year, and I’m thrilled about where this journey might take me!

Finding Adventure Close to Home
When I'm not working with yarn, I’m often found outside. Kayaking has become one of my favorite ways to embrace the beauty of nature. There’s something freeing about gliding across the water, leaving all the noise behind. I love that it’s something my husband and I can enjoy together. He’s my biggest support, and we’re always looking for new adventures to share, whether it's a quiet day on the lake or just laughing at home after a long day.
