Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach and Cheese

Ingredients:

12 large mushrooms, stems removed

1 cup spinach, chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).


2. Mix spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, salt, and garlic powder.


3. Stuff each mushroom cap with filling and bake for 15-20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
