Cheese & Charcuterie Board

Ingredients:

Assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, goat cheese, etc.)

Cured meats (salami, prosciutto, chorizo)

Crackers or bread slices

Fresh fruits (grapes, apple slices, figs)

Nuts (almonds, walnuts)

Honey or jam for pairing


Instructions:

1. Arrange cheeses, meats, crackers, fruits, and nuts on a large serving board.


2. Add honey or jam in small bowls for dipping, and serve.

Recipes: Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus






Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients:

12 asparagus spears, trimmed

6 slices of prosciutto, halved lengthwise

Olive oil, for drizzling

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).


2. Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto.


3. Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.


4. Roast for 10-12 minutes, or until asparagus is tender and prosciutto is crispy.
