Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus
Ingredients:
12 asparagus spears, trimmed
6 slices of prosciutto, halved lengthwise
Olive oil, for drizzling
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto.
3. Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Roast for 10-12 minutes, or until asparagus is tender and prosciutto is crispy.
