Herb-Roasted Turkey
Ingredients:
1 whole turkey (12-15 lbs)
1/2 cup melted butter
Fresh rosemary, thyme, and sage
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Rub turkey with butter, herbs, salt, and pepper.
3. Roast according to weight (approximately 13 minutes per pound), basting occasionally.
