Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup crispy fried onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain.
2. In a baking dish, combine soup, milk, green beans, salt, and pepper. Top with fried onions.
3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
